Death of Archbishop Adam Exner, OMI The Archdiocese of Vancouver is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Archbishop Adam Exner, OMI, who served as Archbishop of Vancouver from 1991 to 2004. Archbishop Exner peacefully died the morning of Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the age of 94, in his residence in Grayson, Saskatchewan.
