Gathering Together in Fellowship and Faith

The heart of our parish breakfast is rooted in a simple yet powerful conviction: every individual matters—deeply and unconditionally—to our Father in heaven and to the community gathered here on earth. With this in mind, we extend an open invitation to all—whether you are a longtime parishioner, a new face in the pews, or someone we serve through our Food Rescue program. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every person feels truly seen, valued, and at home.

From the aroma of fresh pancakes to the gentle hum of friendly conversation, Pancake Sunday morning at our parish is designed to be casual and comfortable. We believe that a warm meal—served with genuine hospitality and a gentle smile—can be the first step toward building a sense of belonging. Here, people are free to be themselves, to relax, and to feel accepted just as they are. It is this spirit of openness and non-judgment that allows our mission to flourish.

At its core, the mission of our parish—and indeed, of the wider Church—is to invite people to fall in love with our Lord, to form a life-giving relationship with the One who rescues us, and to ultimately meet Him in heaven. We recognize that such a journey often begins not with a sermon or a study, but with the simple, tangible experience of being welcomed into a caring community. Through these breakfasts, we hope to plant the seeds of faith by first offering acceptance, comfort, and friendship.

For the Knights of Columbus, these breakfasts serve a dual purpose. While they introduce our brotherhood to parishioners and guests, they also embody our commitment to serving the wider community. We strive to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors—regardless of background or affiliation—feels embraced. These gatherings not only support the community initiatives of the Knights but also foster new connections and friendships.
