Bulletin: 32nd Sunday in Ordinary Time
Father Matthew will be away for a week of intensive learning and discernment with his brother priests. Please join us in praying for him and he continues his studies.
There will be no daily mass, adoration/benediction and confessions from Tuesday, November 12 to Friday, November 15, 2024 due to the priest study week.
We invite you to attend Communion Service at Our Lady of Assumption in Port Coquitlam or Mass at St. Nicholas in Langley
Please check their website for scheduled times.
Our parish relies on your generosity. Your donations each year directly impact our ability to minister to those in need, to provide special programs such as Alpha and CGS, to offer small group faith studies, to maintain our buildings, and to grow our parish school.
Your Project Advance tax-deductible donation will fund important works such as:
- Youth and young adults ministry in our parishes
- The construction of new Catholic schools
- Programs that support healthy families
- Feeding the homeless and vulnerable in the Downtown Eastside
- Pastoral ministry and support for the hospitalized
Our 2024 Parish Goal is $48,400
We have raised $35,236 to date
Once St. Patrick’s parish goal is met, all additional funds raised will be directed back to parish projects identified by your Pastor and parish team. Thank you so much for your generosity.

As a Catholic and Pontifical organization, Aid to the Church in Need is especially concerned with poor, oppressed, or persecuted communities. Red Wednesday is an event aimed at highlighting the persecution and injustice suffered by Christians, while promoting respect and tolerance between people of different religions. We want people to take a stand for their faith, and more broadly, for religious freedom.
Our parish is committed to supporting this organization and its good work in providing effective aid to Christians around the world. Please stay tuned for ways in which the community of St. Patrick’s Parish can come together in support and solidarity of this important work.

Family Advent Wreath Night
All are invited to join us in our annual Family Advent Wreath Night hosted by our CGS Catechists & Altar Boys! This is an evening of festive fun for the whole family! What is the significance of Advent ?? and the wreath??
ADVENT is a season where we are reminded of the importance of placing Christ in the centre of our lives! As we anticipate, out of His love for us, Christ’s coming to us as a baby at Christmas, we also attain a firm and joyful hope that our King and Saviour will come again!
The WREATH is a way to mark this season of Advent. The circular shape of the wreath represents eternity, reminding us of God’s infinite love and presence in our lives. The evergreens and candles all hold significance as well! All this is meant to help us celebrate this beautiful season of faith, hope, joy and love!
When: November 27, 2024 – 6:00pm -8:00pm
