Special Prayer Intention for Catholic Health Care
A court case began this week involving St. Paul’s Hospital. The case pertains to whether faith-based health care facilities are permitted to operate in accordance with their values by not providing Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD). It will challenge Catholic healthcare and its place within Canada’s publicly funded healthcare system.
Lord Jesus, Divine Healer, you sought out the sick, the marginalized, and those cast aside. We pray for all who receive care at St. Paul’s Hospital, for their families and loved ones, and for all healthcare workers who serve with compassion. We entrust this court case to your care. Grant wisdom to those who must decide it, that justice may prevail and that Catholic healthcare may continue its mission without compromise. Help us to protect those who are most vulnerable and to build a society where every human life is sacred.

Ministry Updates & Upcoming Events

Please join us this Sunday after the 9am and 11:15am Masses for our first Sunday Social of 2026. Come for community, conversation and really great coffee (and treats!).
Additionally, we hope you will join us for the social following the 9am Mass to welcome our parish-family members who will be receiving sacraments this Easter.
See you there.

Please join us in congratulating Ryan M, Teresa, Paula, Taylor, Shelah, Ryan P, Yewon, Jamie, Stuart, Chelsea, Reid, Nancy, Nash, Niko, Amy, and Mitchell who are taking part in the Rite of Acceptance- declaring publicly their desire to enter the Catholic church and become part of our parish family.
We pray to our God of unending love, please fill these catechumens and candidates with Your grace as they prepare for the Easter sacraments. Strengthen their faith, deepen their commitment, and grant them the endurance to embrace this new life in Christ. May they truly experience Your presence and power this Easter season and always. Amen

Your dedication means more than you know. Thank you for giving your time so generously.
